PIANO FOR ALL by Robin Hall offers a complete piano lessons course available via downloadable books as well as CD-Rom. The Piano For All process is simple. You start with Popular Chord based Rhythm Style Piano (think of artists like Lennon & McCartney, Coldplay, Norah Jones and so on) which is EASY but sounds amazingly like the 'real thing'. Once you are sounding great and having a whole lot of fun (which motivates you to learn more) you then expand step-by-step on your chord and rhythm knowledge into Blues, Ballad style, Jazz, Ragtime, Improvisation and yes.. even Sight Reading Classical music. Piano For All by Robin Hall is a program designed for any level of piano player, beginner to advanced. Included with the program you will find over 200 video lessons and 500 audio lessons that are embedded into the 10 manuals. Each of the manuals follow a specific aspect of playing piano, so you can specialize in each aspect. This style of teaching is unique because most guides tend to do a comprehensive focus, such as just having one manual with all the aspects included. This could be good or bad, but we found after going though a few manuals it was actually very helpful to "master" techniques before moving on.

Robin Hall has a very friendly teaching attitude, which made the lessons easy to follow and not boring in any way. This is key when learning to play an instrument, because without focus, you might as well quit. We couldn't really find any credentials on Robin, but that necessarily is not a bad thing. The videos aren't of the highest quality, but they do actually contain quite a bit of good information and techniques. Each of the manuals delves deep into its own specialized area of playing piano, so prepare to be reading, watching and listening to a lot of information. One thing this program is not short on is the wealth of information provided.

Besides the productions values and a slight lack in the design department, this program packs a punch with a wealth of high quality material. Piano For All may not be as comprehensive as Learn and Master Piano, but then again, it is a fraction of the price. I almost forgot to mention that you can also make small payments monthly for this course via Paypal. This program is also backed by a 60 day money back guarantee. We recommend this program as a good cost alternative to other programs on the market today.

Cons

-Doesn't seem to be put together very professionally. The content is very in-depth and easy to follow, but at times the design just seems un-professional.
-Video quality isn't the greatest, but they do have "high quality" information.
-Books can be bought separately or together, could be a marketing tactic to get customers to buy the package assuming they get the best deal. This pick and choose method just left me confused, considering I knew nothing about piano and was already overwhelmed. However, you may like this method of custom designing your lessons.
