Eat Weight Off

“Eat Weight Off,” by Dr. Isaac Boules is a comprehensive, downloadable ebook, that covers weight loss and nutrition. It comes in two parts with over 100 pages of useful information and also includes a supplement guide entitled, “100 Habits of Quick Weight Loss.” If you wonder why you can’t ever seem to keep weight off or consistently fail trying to do so, then you will benefit from reading Dr. Boules’ books.

The doctor believes people gain weight and have a hard time trying to lose it because of environmental or social conditioning, not genetics. He explains that weight gain is also influenced by such factors as trying to lose weight repeatedly, binge eating, and lack of sleep.

A dieter who wants to lose weight permanently can achieve their goals if he learns to cut out unhealthy foods from their diet and, instead, replace them with healthful substitutes. For example, although not directly noted in the book, studies have shown that people who eat soup will lose more weight than those people who choose to abstain from the food. According to the doctor, soup should be eaten to minimize hunger and keep the dieter focused on a plan of nutritious eating. However, the doctor does not advise the use of any canned soups because of their high sodium content. An interesting tidbit too – thin people eat in blue environments. Evidently the color blue suppresses the appetite. Walking is also suggested with respect to exercise, and, according to the doctor, is the only exercise you really need to stay slim and trim.

The supplemental condensed guide, “100 Habits of Quick Weight Loss,” reinforces the lessons learned in the previous two books by listing the lifestyle habits of thin people, such as eating 6 small meals per day versus 3meals, drinking plenty of water and avoiding “white” foods.

The price of Eat Weight Off ($39.95 to $49.95, depending on the package chosen) is worth it if you are committed to changing your dietary focus and eating more healthful foods. Although some diets may appear to be more glamorous and offer faster results, the book is a good read. Even if you don’t strictly follow the diet, you can learn to think like a thin person by reading the material. It comes with a 60 day return warranty managed by a large, reputable company on behalf of the author.

Can't get a refund!!

If you have money to burn, it's an interesting package, and might work better for you. If you're not a soup lover, you're not going to like it though.
Don't expect them to honor the guarantee. They claimed technical problems with my refund process, and then decided to ignore me after that. So, buyer beware!

Detailed Ratings

Pros
Easy to read, with some interesting tips. The diets are easy enough to follow, and most of the ingredients are common and fairly cheap.
Cons
Did not work for me as advertised
They suggested I eat nothing but mung beans for a week to lose weight
the main diets are very similar to GM diet and 3 day diet, which are free
I asked for a refund, and they said they would send it, but now they ignore my emails, and never sent refund
