Scouring online, I found only a few scant comments that attribute to the effectiveness of the secrets contained in “Forget Your Ex in Just 24 Hrs”. Some forums did suggest that people who are looking to get over their past relationship might find some help at the site. Apparently you may be able to learn “one or two things” from the material. Looking into whether or not it is actually possible to train your brain into forgetting you ex, it turns out that certain mental exercises do exist.
