6 – Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
7 – Keep high fat or calorie foods out of sight, in fact, give them away if you can.
8 – Sleep at least 8 hours a day.
9 – If you exercise in the morning, you can boost your metabolism.
10 – Drinking some green tea can help boost your metabolism.
11 – Try using the stairs instead of an elevator.
12 – Weigh yourself everyday and set goals. This will help you note your progress, boost your confidence and start to highly motivate you and your journey.
13 – Find a skinnier picture of yourself and use that as motivation.
14 – Avoid fried foods, cooking without fats can be very beneficial to your health.
15 – Parties are horrible for binge eating, focus on the people.
