Report this review This book, along with all of the other fitness guides on the internet, are not magic guides or pills that will make you strong just by reading them. It takes hard work and dedication, and Jason Ferruggia does an excellent job on keeping the reader focused and motivated throughout all of the material. The main guide reads very well thus allowing for a great comprehension rate, meaning that you won't have to constantly flip back and forth when you hit the gym to try out your new methods (you will actually learn it the first time around). All of the included material covers literally every aspect of muscle gaining, you will not have any questions other than blue or red gym shorts.

If you utilize all of the material provided, you will experience much greater gains than if you just read the main book. The content is meant to work together, the nutrition plans and work out plans are mapped out to a tee, so if you just like simple directions instead of having to learn about the muscle groups and what-not, you can go that route too with the same excellent results. The exercise guide itself is highly detailed and describes each workout over a 12 week period to a tee (exercise explanations, warm up, resting, proper nutrition to help couple with exercises and much more).

All of the content provided with Jason Ferruggia's MGS is very comprehensive and the ease of use is outstanding. You really will learn a new fact on every page, beginner or expert alike. The books cover every part of muscle building, so it is doubtful that any questions arise. There is even a FAQ section in the back of the main e-book that discusses questions that may have arised during your reading. And if you do have any questions or concerns or just need some help, included with the package is a 24/7 online fitness forum. You can discuss anything from what shoes to wear to how to perform the proper “Arnold press” with other students, trainers and Jason Ferruggia himself.
