This book, along with all of the other fitness guides on the internet, are not magic guides or pills that will make you strong just by reading them. It takes hard work and dedication, and Jason Ferruggia does an excellent job on keeping the reader focused and motivated throughout all of the material. The main guide reads very well thus allowing for a great comprehension rate, meaning that you won't have to constantly flip back and forth when you hit the gym to try out your new methods (you will actually learn it the first time around). All of the included material covers literally every aspect of muscle gaining, you will not have any questions other than blue or red gym shorts.
If you utilize all of the material provided, you will experience much greater gains than if you just read the main book.
