The Jump Manual is a program that promises to add at least 10 inches to your vertical in just 12 weeks or they will double the money that they return to you. The Jump Manual, written by “vertical explosion” trainer Jacob Hiller, targets all aspects of your body that are required when you jump, which provides the maximum jumping capacity that you can produce.

Jump Manual
Aside from focusing on the physical aspects of “vertical explosion,” the Jump Manual also teaches athletes about nutritional secrets that can help improve their overall performance (jumping in particular). Since Hiller contends that most coaches don’t know how to teach their athletes to focus on the total package, Jump Manual approaches jumping from 9 different variables, combining strength and quickness to produce amazing results.
As long as Jump Manual is legitimate (and according to a slew of online testimonials it is), there is no question that Jump Manual can seriously increase your vertical explosion capabilities – your jump. No matter what level you are at as an athlete, at least 10 inches (whereas many programs are advertising as much as) added to your vertical can seriously increase your potential for almost any sport.
Detailed Ratings
| Pros |
• Jump Manual asks you to apply principles and practices – the background information that Hiller advocates as well as the physical application needed to achieve a monster vertical. • Jump Manual recognizes that many people fail due to a lack of determination, so Hiller attempts to challenge anyone to stick to his program and see if it works, offering to double your money if you truly try his program and it doesn’t work. • While many programs focus on a variety of training activities, Jump Manual focuses only on improving your vertical over a 12-week period of time using all means necessary to increase your vertical anywhere from 10-25 inches. • Jump Manual also provides important nutritional advice and explains the 9 variables (including flexibility, balance, form, and more) affect your explosion potential and your ability to jump. • Your purchase of the Jump Manual provides you with access to “The Jumpers Forum” where you can share ideas with other athletes as well as one-on-one email coaching and support (although this may be available for a limited number of participants). |
| Cons | • The only negative we could see is that you have to truly dedicate yourself to improving if you want to be successful with the Jump Manual. |

did work
I've gained about 4-5 inches in the last 2 months and that is without following the off day exercises and definitely haven't hit the weights as consistently as i should be. The thing with me is that I have some issue where I have simply been stuck with every workout i do, for every body part, my bench has been stuck at 300 for the longest time, same with my vertical leap, no matter what i try, nothing had changed. the jump manual definitely helped me break through with some gains on my leap.
