Before even checking out Vince Delmonte's NNMB, we did our homework on Vince. He is living proof that his methods work, going from 150 lbs to 195 lbs using his version of HST (Hypertrophy-Specific Training), basically doing more work each time you hit the gym. Vince teaches you the natural way to pack on muscle fast, not wasting money on supplements, expensive meal plans and exposing the truth about “the best ways to train” that magazines and media portray falsely.

NNMB is the complete package for muscle gain, Vince literally walks you through every step of your journey. He teaches you what to eat, how to exercise properly, how to rest, what supplements work, ways to increase your gains, and much more. The diet plans are very impressive, giving you plenty of options to swap custom tailor your specific meals to your taste. The best part about this book is it has realistic expectations of the reader. It doesn't outline some crazy guide, its very easy to follow and fit into your busy life.

The only problems we found with the books were that the writing style seemed a little disorganized. This may have been because of the very unique approach it takes to muscle gaining and the fact that Periodization (a huge part of Vince's methods) is very hard to explain properly.

All in all you will not find a more comprehensive and easy to follow guide on the internet for gaining muscle. If you are serious about gaining muscle and don't want to waste your time or money, NNMB is your answer.
