There are some definate positives to this book and some good ideas, but overall, for 62 odd pages and really, most of it wasn't to do with me and what I'm going through, I don't recommend it.
If you're the kind of person whose relationship failed due to you smothering your partner then this is definately perfect. But most breakups are more complicated than that and I found better advice that has helped a lot in other products.

| There is some good information in there, but it really didn't speak to me and my situation much. It is also very light on content, there weren't enough details on how to make thing last beyond just getting back in contact and such. It did make me think though and had some useful ideas. |

| I'm an individual and need something that is more comprehensive that covers my situation. I found another book called 2nd chance which has been more helpful. |
