I've gained about 4-5 inches in the last 2 months and that is without following the off day exercises and definitely haven't hit the weights as consistently as i should be. The thing with me is that I have some issue where I have simply been stuck with every workout i do, for every body part, my bench has been stuck at 300 for the longest time, same with my vertical leap, no matter what i try, nothing had changed. the jump manual definitely helped me break through with some gains on my leap.

very detailed and informative, almost to the point of being unnecessary, but its always nice to feel like all the information you need is in front of you.
