SpyNoMore also offers an online helpdesk, which allows you to access technical support 24 hours a day in case you are having problems that you feel should be fixed by SpyNoMore’s software. Includes a 60 day return warranty.
Although the SpyNoMore website is not the most impressive design we’ve seen, it contains some of the most in-depth information regarding spyware and adware. Available for $29.95 for one computer or $39.95 for three computers, SpyNoMore is dedicated to finding and removing harmful malware from your PC. SpyNoMore also provides helpful technical support for the average customer in the form of FAQ’s as well as a 24 hour helpdesk.
SpyNoMore promises to deliver a number of positive benefits, including continued updates of your anti-spyware database, real-time protection from developing threats, “vaccination” from known threats, and Custom Fix. Custom Fix is their own development (patent pending), which is designed to eliminate even original spyware and adware issues from your computer. Custom Fix analyzes your computer’s spyware infection and communicates that issue to the SpyNoMore server, which then develops a solution to that individual problem.
Although SpyNoMore’s price only provides you with the product for a year, you are definitely purchasing a complete product. If you’re looking for a solid way to protect your computer from future issues as well as clean out the existing bugs, SpyNoMore may be what you’re looking for. While this program is more affordable and advantageous for larger companies, there’s no question that an individual PC user could benefit from the variety of services SpyNoMore offers.

I have already recommended this program to a friend. My sister's computer inadvertently became infected with a nasty trojan - homepageonweb. She called Dell, but couldn't get support. She was called the Geek Squad and they told her $200 and MAYBE they could fix it. She called me and told me about her problem. I did a few searches and ran across this program that specified the exact problem she was having. Their list of top 25 spyware seemed impressive enough, so I scanned my computer with the FREE scan offered. I told my sister to go to their page and do the same. Within about 1.5hrs, we'd scanned our computers, purchased 3 licenses for ~$40, and cleaned up her machine & mine (I had minor infections), and then I sent a copy to my mom. My computer was notably faster after cleaning up the spyware and my sister was ecstatic. I don't understand why the Editor rated this only a 4, but to me this program is well worth the cost and effortless. You have the options of using smart scan or an in-depth scan and many other options that I haven't yet played with, but will. And, to secure 3 machines for $40/yr... that's just an awesome bargain!
