I bought it online and downloaded and used it right away. I saw results right away, too. That is probably what I liked the most about using this product. I could tell it did what was advertised and it did it quick without a lot of unnecessary fanfare.

I'd just like to let you know that for the second time in about 6 months Spyzooka has outperformed Norton on my Dell laptop---big time!! This last infection was a "redirect virus" and Norton's Antispyware couldn't detect---let alone fix---it. This includes, in addition to running the Norton Antispyware program, their "Norton Power Eraser," (which I had to download and run while the computer was in "safe" mode; and the "Norton Bootable Recovery Tool," which I had to copy to a CD and start the computer to run off it. Well, the Bootable Recovery Tool took about 1&1/2 hours to do it's scan and "recovery," inspecting 500,000 items, and found the same amount of threats that the Power Eraser and AntiSpyware did---NONE. Needless to say all this futility took a couple of hours!!
Then, I remembered that I had Spyzooka on the computer, which I had again foolishly disabled, believing the Norton hype---even after it fixed a previous virus that Norton couldn't. I quickly ran a Spyzooka scan which took about 5 minutes, scanning 100,000 items, and the program found 8 threats---including the virus!!! When I went to use my browsers, they all worked perfectly. Oh, and by the way, Norton told me their teckies could fix my problem if I gave them $100---and that's after paying for the antispyware. This pissed me off, because it seems to me that if they have the ability to fix the problem they should make the fix available to their customers for free. But, I guess they're too big to act responsibly. Anyway, a BIG Thanks, Spyzooka, for your great product!!

I ditched WebRoot for Spyzooka. I initially purchased it because it was recommended on Tucows. I was tired of mediocre software so I thought I would pay their $30 annual fee. I have had Spyzooka for 3 years and always renew each year. I totally love this and would not have anything else at this point in time. It totally scrubs my system in seconds. Now days you just can't click on anything and not pick up any type of spyware, adware, etc. Spyzooka boots it out. I would stop surfing if I couldn't have Spyzooka because my system would be so overrun with Spyware. Buy it, try it, give it a chance. I'm glad I did!

They advertise a "60 day money back guarantee with no hassles" and let me tell you I have been getting hassles. They state a refund with in 24 hours and this is a lie!!!. I bought thier product on December 1 2010 and tried it for a few weeks. On January 8th 2011 I requested my refund as per thier advertisement. I have been going back and forth with a guy by the name of Seth and it is now January 10th and STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!.......BUYER BEWARE!!!

I researched this as an add-on for the security of all of our coporate locations, and found it to be a decent legitimate piece of software. I have tested way too many that generate false positives to 'scare" you into buying them. This software is straight-forward and to the point. The maker of this software should be proud..it works and works well. After a few more weeks of analysis, I may actually make this a standard software at hundreds of our locations.
