TACFIT Commando by Scott Sonnon is a bodyweight-only program to build muscle that can be completed in about 20 minutes a few times a week in the same amount of space you’d need to lie down in. You can do it in your living room, backyard, gym or hotel room. TACFIT Commando is based on actual programs “Flow Coach” Scott Sonnon is using right now to train Israeli counter-terrorism, SEALs and secret service, American special ops personnel, bodyguards to the Prime Minister of Italy, US federal agents, firemen, law enforcement agencies and MMA fighters. Learn previously non-disclosed methods that Navy SEALS, Marines and real-life secret agents are using Right Now to chisel rock hard bodies and maintain mission readiness — anytime, anywhere, with absolutely no equipment. TACFIT Commando claims to train you to respond to crisis situations while remaining level-headed, aware and “in flow”, so you’ll always keep a cool head when everyone around you is losing theirs. Coach Sonnon walks you through every level of every exercise for every workout in the TACFIT Commando program. TACFIT Commando includes a 60 day return policy.

Tacfit Commando Review

If your New Year’s resolution was to take your workout routine to the next level, Tacfit Commando may be the Mission you want to take on. Its creator, Scott Sonnon, is a very well respected Martial Arts champion and Prasara Yoga instructor who has worked with both Navy Seals and the Israeli Special Forces. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to achieve combat readiness with this intense 4x7 workout. Tacfit Commando uses previously undisclosed training techniques that are used not only by the SEALs and Isreali counter terrorism forces but also the secret service, law enforcement and even MMA fighters.

Tacfit’s creator, Scott Sonnon, seems to be a bit of a polarizing figure in the health and fitness world. Some people think his methods are awesome. Other people think that his marketing strategies are bit too over the top. Whether you like him or not, Scott Sonnon is a very well respected Prasara Yoga instructor. His book “Flow beyond Thought” has received many rave reviews. He has also won multiple championships in the Russian martial art and combat sport: Sambo.

Tacfit Commando utilizes both Rmax Intuit flow Prasara Yoga and Sambo fighting techniques in order to give the users an intense workout. While the militaristic façade of the program comes across a bit “cheesy” to some , I can see its appeal. There is also no doubt about the intensity of the workouts. This program is not for the geriatrics or desk jockeys among us. It is meant for people who are looking to take their exercise routine to the next level.

Here is what the Deluxe Edition includes:
-Mission Brief
-Mission Calendars
-Access to the "mission briefing" video library
-Secret Recovery Techniques
-Mission simulation
-Breathing Techniques
-Tactical Readiness Diet Plan
-The Warrior Recipes ebook
-"In The Field" Video
-Plus other “unannounced” bonuses

The most valuable feature is probably the access to the video library which shows you the proper techniques. I found that the videos were a bit small, but apparently this is because they are meant to be downloaded onto a portable device such as your ipod. Their production quality was also a bit weak, considering what you are paying, but they are informative and the music is kind of catchy.

We scoured the internet for customer reviews and they were generally positive, not only for this product, but other products that Sonnon has created. The biggest knock against Tacfit Commando is probably the $197 price tag. This seems a bit steep for a workout video, no matter what military secrets are divulged. This and the cheesy production videos were probably the two biggest concerns found among the user forums. Some people also did not like the idea of having to do such an intense workout four days a week for nine months. While the nine month 4x7 routine is the best way to achieve “combat readiness”, you do not have to run the gamut in order to get results. You can also use this workout as a cardio supplement along with other routines.

If you are older, have health problems or are overweight, this workout is probably not for you. However, if you are sick and tired of your regular workout routine and are looking for that next big challenge, than I recommend you give Tacfit Commando a try. This might also be the right program for you if you want to train anywhere, anytime, without equipment. It is backed with a 60 day money back guarantee and there also seems to be a good administrative support system in place to address any concerns that come up.
