Looking through the book, I can tell you that it is well organized and easy to read. It is probably something that you can page through in one night, making it a strategy that you can apply quickly to your own break up situation.
There is some pretty good advice there, and Ed does his best to address the female perspective as well as the male perspective. He does mention "Sex in the City" so he appears to be well in touch with his feminine side. If you find yourself needing help getting your ex back, I think Ed's book could be the formula for your success.
