Looking into all of the digitized nooks and crannies and scouring the net for information, I can say with absolute certainty that Turbulence Training is a great product and not a scam in any way shape or form. Checking out Craig Ballentyne, it seems that he is indeed a well respected strength and conditioning coach with a large number of articles on the net and in print. People in the various workout forums seem to heed his advice and respect his opinions concerning diet and exercise.

The Turbulence Training program gets a big thumbs up by everyone involved. People who use it seem to like his common sense approach and think that it is good basic program to motivate them and get them started. People who have tried his program also seem to love the online forum where they can discuss different workouts and even ask Craig questions personally.

The only criticism I found out about this program is from people who thought they could piece together their own program for free or felt confidant in their ability to dream up their own routines. However, even these critics admit that Turbulence Training is a decent program for people who like to have a "book on their shelf". Checking out the program for myself, I found that it was pretty in depth with its routines and descriptions. The only critical thing that I have to say about it is that you are probably going to need access to a gym for it to be effective. Turbulence Training is backed by a 60 day guarantee, so checking out comes at no risk. It just may be the solid foundation that you are looking for.
