People who are looking for that lean look seem to think that Visual Impact is right on the money and claim that if you follow the program you will get that lean muscle mass eventually. Other body builders dismiss this method and prefer to stick to the tried and true ways of building muscle. It pretty much amounts to what type of body you are looking for.
