Developed by a long-time chiropractor, Dr. Graeme Teague, Back Pain Advisor provides a great deal of surface-level information free of charge, including an e-book on back pain and a bi-weekly e-zine that features up-to-date information on back pain treatments. However, Dr. Teague also offers a complete program through his e-book, X-Pain Method V2.0, which provides methodology designed to teach you to self-treat your back pain and reduce the amount of chronic pain you might experience from your back issues.

Although a number of bonus features have expired, your purchase of X-Pain Method V2.0 (which costs $87) also comes with The Sugar Test, The Quick Start Guide, The Practitioner Guide, and The Easy Guide to Stop Headaches. All of these products are geared toward helping you manage your pain and develop techniques to banish your pain forever.

Dr. Teague stands behind his product, offering a lifetime money-back guarantee (which doesn’t appear to have an expiration date), stating that you will receive a refund if the X-Pain Method V2.0 program doesn’t work for you. Now, there is a good chance that any program will help ease your discomfort as far as stiffness or pain, so it’s likely that most customers can benefit from the X-Pain Method V2.0 system (which is certainly what Dr. Teague is banking on). If you are someone who has struggled with long-term back pain, or you are simply finding yourself bearing more pain gradually over time, check out X-Pain Method V2.0 and see if Dr. Teague’s methods are worth the cost of 1-2 doctor’s visits.

• X-Pain Method V2.0 also addresses releasing muscle tension and addressing muscle problems that are often overlooked.
• Back Pain Advisor provides information on reducing swelling or pain in a particular area and strengthening your muscles through simple exercises that don’t require a gym membership.
• Most of the information available via the Back Pain Advisor website is free of charge, including their e-zine, The Back Pain Advisor. However, you are required to pay $87 for access to the e-book, X-Pain Method V2.0.
